They’re available in several sizes to fit all types of waterproof and invisible zips.

- 4 (ref. 4C2) for small zips (pockets, small covers, purses).

- 5 (ref. 5C2) for handbags, school bags, computer covers, jackets etc.

- 10 (ref. 10C) for tent zips, musical instrument covers, hot tub covers etc.

Clip&Zip clip-on zip slider for invisible zip size 4 (ref. 4C2) (<5 mm).

This slider size is often the right choice for pockets, cushion covers or sportswear. It can be used on invisible zips measuring between 4.90 and 5.10 mm wide.

The 4C2 slider requires careful handling during fitting due to its small size. Instructions are provided with your purchase.

How to tell if it’s an invisible zip

Invisible zips are nylon zips that are stitched on upside down. The term invisible or waterproof zip means a zip that is completely covered by fabric when it’s closed, so the nylon teeth are no longer visible.

It’s also known as a reversed zip, because the teeth are only visible from the inside of the garment or accessory.

A zip with panels that protect just the teeth is not considered an invisible zip. On invisible slips, the zip slider has to pick up fabric as it is zipped closed.
