Shipping times

UK deliveries

Orders placed before 4:00 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm are dispatched the following working day.

EU Deliveries

Online orders made before 8:00 am (Monday to Friday) on clip-zip.com are packed and shipped the same day from our offices in Alsace. Orders placed after 8:00 am are shipped the following day.

UK delivery areas and shipping costs

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Deliveries to certain remote and offshore postcodes may be subject to an additional charge.

These include: AB35–37, BT, FK17–21, G83, GY, HS1–9, IM, IV, JE, KA15, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20–80, PH9–10, PH15–26, PH30–50, TR21–25 and ZE.

We ship with EVRi and offer two delivery options:

EVRi Next Day (under 2kg) -> £4.15 

EVRi 2 Day (under 2kg) -> £3.24

Processing your order

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your order (order number, purchases items, etc.).

Once you order has been dispatched form our warehouse, you will be notified by a second email.

If you choose a tracked delivery service, you will be able to follow the progresse of your shipment in real time through the carrier.

Please note that it may take several hours for the carrier to update the tracking information. As a result, when you receive the email containing the tracking link, tracking details may not yet be available.

You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your Clip&Zip customer account.

Deadline for returning an item

You have 30 days to return your products (instead of the 14 days provided for under the right of withdrawal).

Do you offer exchanges ?

No, we only offer refunds. Simply order the item you do want from our website and in the meantime return the unwanted item for a full refund.

If you return the unwanted item within 14 days of receipt, we will also refund your initial standard delivery fee.

How to return a product

UK Deliveries: 

To request a return, please email customerservice@clip-zip.co.uk.

Your request should include : 

- First name and surname

- Order reference number

- Order date

- Delivery date

- Address

- List of products to be returned

- Photos of the products to be returned

- Reason for return (optional)

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to prepare your parcel. Our courier will then collect it directly from your address. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EU Deliveries:

Conditions : 

The item you wish to return must be in the state it was delivered in and in its original packaging.

Damaged, used or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Please note partial returns are not possible, packs of 2 or more items are sold together and cannot be separated.

1- Fill out the online form

2- Enter your first and last name and order number on the little card you received with your order.
