How do I exchange my product?
The product you wish to return must be in the condition in which it was purchased. Whether for an exchange or a return, it is not necessary to enclose the original packaging or information media.

IF POSSIBLE, RETURN THE PRODUCT IN THE SAME PACKAGING: ENVELOPE OR CARDBOARD.
If you no longer have the original packaging, return it in a new bubble envelope or cardboard box.
We will not accept returns of cursors or other products in plain, unprotected envelopes!
- Fill in the small card you received with the product with your surname, first name, order reference and write the product you would like to exchange.
- Place the product and the cardboard sheet in a bubble envelope (or package if necessary).
- Return the product to our address: Clip&Zip, 4 ZA Linchamps Bas, 54280 CHAMPENOUX.
- Don't forget that you are responsible for the return postage, so stamp the envelope or print a parcel label if you are returning a voluminous product.
Once we have received your returned product, we will check it and send you a credit note for the initial amount of the product, which will enable you to place an order for the correct slider/product. Delivery will be free of charge. All you have to do is enter the code for the credit note you received by e-mail in the "promotional code" section to deduct the amount.
Customers sometimes return products without any information about what they would like in exchange: another item (reference, colour) or a refund. Please note that if no information from you is provided within 10 days of receiving your item (for an exchange or refund) your product will automatically be refunded.
How do I get my product refunded?
The procedure is the same as for exchanges; you just need to check 'REFUND' on the cardboard sheet.
Once we have received your returned product, we will check it and refund you using the same method of payment you used to order.

Custom colour products cannot be returned or exchanged! The same applies to products that arrive damaged or broken.
Delivery times and shipping costs.
Orders placed online before 11.00am (Monday to Friday) on clip-zip.com are packed and dispatched the same day from our office in Lorraine. Orders placed after 11.00am will be dispatched the following day.
GREEN LETTER/TRACKED LETTER
Allow 2 to 5 business days (7 maximum) for delivery by green post or tracked letter.
We deliver our packages in Europe for €1.90 without tracking (green letter) and from €2.30 with tracking (registered letter) depending on the destination country. Delivery rates are €5 for the rest of the world outside Europe. Rates for DOM-COM are identical to those for mainland France.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER €30
Depending on the value of your basket, delivery rates will be progressively increased.
For orders of €30 or more, delivery is free within Europe*.
Free delivery on orders over €30 does not apply to promotional offers or to all Chronopost deliveries. Nor can it be combined with specific delivery charges.
From a purchase of €99, all deliveries are free in all countries.
HANDLING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been registered, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order (order number, items purchased, etc.). Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a second email will be sent to let you know. If you choose order tracking (higher prices), you will be able to follow the carrier's delivery progress in real time. It may take a few hours for the carrier to update the data, so it is possible that when you receive the e-mail with the tracking link, it does not yet contain any data. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your customer account.
If you have not received your order after 7 days, please contact us again. We recommend that you always choose tracked delivery to make it easier to lodge claims with the postal services and to monitor the progress of your order.
SPECIAL CASES
Some products take longer to deliver than others, for example custom colour products. If a product is concerned, this will be mentioned on its product sheet.
If, despite all the care we take in preparing orders, you receive a damaged product, you must report this as soon as you receive your item(s). After a period of 48 hours following receipt of the order, you will not be entitled to any claim or refund on the grounds of "product damaged during delivery".
