Clip Zip Replacement slider for metal zip
Clip Zip repair sliders for your metal zips! Choose from 3A, 5A, 8A and 10A sliders. Clip-on sliders for fast, easy installation. No need to unstitch your zip, just change the slider. Clip Zip sliders can be adapted to very small zippers (jeans zippers, skirts) as well as very large ones (work zippers).

Repair the broken zip on my jeans:
For 3A metal zip fasteners. (4.55-4.90mm).
It fits even the smallest zips, such as those on jeans, pants or skirtsand many others..

On the slider, a small tooth protruding from the pull-tab will wedge itself between the teeth to enable the zip to remain closed all day long, thus avoiding accidents such as open zippers!
How do I repair the zip on my leather jacket?

Repair the zip on my heavy jacket:
8A clip-on slider for metal zips (7.35-7.60mm)
It fits larger zips, such as motorbike jackets, large leather jackets or heavy coats, etc.
This slider is a little wider than size 5 (the most common size), but is still very useful on a variety of zips. In particular, it will fit metal zips on :
- motorbike jackets
- covers
- heavy jackets
- des housses
- heavy coats
- and much more!
You should use this slider if your zip is metal and between 7.35-7.60mm wide.
Repair the zip on my tent:
10A slider for metal/plastic zips (8.60-9.00mm)
At 1cm wide, the 10A is the largest slider size we distribute. It is compatible with zips for workwear, coveralls, etc.
- This slider is compatible with two different types of zip, plastic and metal.
- It is suitable for the large meshes generally found in workwear, overalls and outdoor items (trampolines, etc.).
- This model is suitable for 8.60-9.00mm wide metal and/or plastic zips.
Some examples of metal zips:
Metal zips are generally yellow in colour, and are straight teeth with a kind of square where they engage. They are particularly easy to recognize by their colour and shape.
